If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, please notify us in advance to reschedule.
Pricing & Payment

Service charges are based on the appliance type, problem diagnosis, and parts needed.

Prices are quoted before work begins.

Payment is collected only after the service is completed.

All charges are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds are provided once the service is completed.

Cancellations before the technician’s visit can be made without charge.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable parts, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party issues.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:

Presence of an adult (18+) during the technician’s visit.
